A few days ago my Goodrich 7A
Super Sustain matchbox started having a very harsh, raspy distortion after playing for a few minutes. It is the same sound you get when you play something and then turn the switch off and listen to it as it fades out. I've tried new batteries. I don't' have the problem when I take it out of the circuit.

Does anyone have any idea what might cause this? How do I get in touch with Goodrich?
Do they have a web site or e-mail address?

Thanks
Bob

You may have thought of this but you may want to check the "new" battery Bob. I got bad one's just out of the package before. The 7A's are pretty reliable so I can't image what else it may be.

Sounds like a weak battery to me to. I'd sure at least try another new one.
