Is there a way to link to mini disc multitrac recorders together?

Not without some type of timecode mechanism common to all units.
Even DAT's w/o TC are a problem to sync.
If each and every unit had the EXACT same crystal clock, then it would be a simple matter of dropping all the tracks from the mini's onto a multi-track machine and then sliding them back and forth to sync them up. However, the slightest variation in any of the crystals will cause a phase shift. And it gets worse the further out in time you go.
That's why TC machines are so expensive.
