I have been running my effects as follows: steel...goodrich steel driverIII... goodrich volume pedal...chorus..overdrive..tuner...amp.

What is the best sequence for these? Am also wanting to add delay...the volume pedal has two outputs.

Thanks

If you're running mono, I'd get the tuner out of the chain and run it off the 2nd output from the pedal. That circuitry will color your sound, I don't care what the manufacturer says. Overdrive before chorus. Delay should be the last thing in the chain, at least that's the way we've always run it in the studio.

I put overdrive and any other effects that need the full guitar signal, such as an auto-wah, before the volume pedal. When they're after the volume pedal you only get the full effect with the volume pedal fully depressed. I usually put all my non-stereo effects before the volume pedal, then I can kill all the signal, like echo, by backing off the pedal.
