TransTubeFex problem

I recently added some programs from my Ram cartridge to program bank A. Instead of the pre-gain LED being on, the global input LED stays on throughout the A bank mode not allowing me to have any control over the settings. How can I change this?

From the presets that you loaded from your RAM card, do you have the effect parameter "TB" programmed in the chain of effects. If so, try reinitializing the Transtube Fex by turning the power off, then pressing and holding the down and right arrow keys. Please check this out and let me know.
