I stoped using my Profex11 about 8 months ago and now it won`t light up. Could this be a bad battery? THanks Rick W

Hello Rick,
No, the battery would not cause this symptom on the Profex II. Without bench testing this unit, it is impossible to determine what the problem specifically is. It could be anything from a blown fuse to connection problem. But, it is not the battery, unless it has began leaking and shorted out another component. The only sure fire way is to let a tech check it out for you.
