Andy that was great! First time I ever saw an interview with Speedy.
He was certainly one of my steel guitar heros
back in the 50's and he's right ...his music still stands out to-day.

Thanks for this post. Speedy "paved the way" and "opened the door" for all of us. I visited with him in Tulsa at the OSGA show and he is still the same old Speedy as always.
