I lost the cap and fuse on my old silver knob LTD 400.It says 6amp but doesn't indicate if it's slow-blo or fast.Anybody know?Thanks in advance.

I don't know, for sure, which one, but most of the Peavey stuff I've seen uses the standard or "fast blo" type fuses.

I checked mine to find a 5 amp fast-blow.

With a solid state amplifier you would definitely want to use a fast blow fuse as it doesn't take long to completely fry transistors and/or chips. (My 2 cents worth)
