You can still get the soundtrack from Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00004SZVS/internetmoviedat/
Outside of that, it's anybody's guess, since those songs were written by the performers in most instances. Here's another link to the songs and their writers: http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0073440/soundtrack

We saw Ronee Blakely a month or so ago at the Mint here in LA. Physically she has ballooned up terribly, but Jeez, what a voice! She sang like an angel, and could hold a note for hours. I heard some old cuts from the Nashville album, and her voice today rivals her recordings from the 70's. Unfortunately her last CD is all "spoken word", who cares.

I'm pretty sure I have the songbook somewhere, but it could be in any of three storage rooms, in the house and in turn in any of hundreds of boxes. More if I luck into it... (In the meantime, resourceful "Dick Van Dyke Show" fans might discover the "Keep A-Goin'" lyrics as a poem HG's character [was he one of Sally's many suitors?] recites in one episode.)
