| You often see hubcaps lying in the road, and I suppose you could fail to notice one coming off if you had the car radio on, but how could you miss this ? |

It really does burn me up though, the seller had GOT to know that's not a tricone, or even a National part. They pretend to be ignorant but yet toss in terms they wouldn't know if they were so ignorant. |
