Jerry Douglas' "Plant Early" Out of Print

I was just listening today to Jerry Douglas' CD "Plant Early", originally released in 1989 on the MCA Masters Series (which included fantastic relases by Edgar Meyer, Albert Lee, Larry Carlton & more).

For my money, this was some of Jerry's most original and innovative stuff - a lot of these all-instrumental tunes were first conceived as short stories.

It's tragic that this masterpeice is out of print. Now if we could only get a reissue of this and Jerry Byrd's "Hi Fi Guitar" ... sigh
