Stewart McDonald carry the Quarterman spun cones, which are excellent. www.stewmac.com should get you there.

I have a old cheapy six -string and was wondering if I could covert it to a dobro-resonator. We Have a restaurant here in Oxford, MS (best catfish ever at Taylor Catfish)but they don't allow electric instruments so my steel can't go there. If possible what would it cost for the resonator cones.

It would be possible to convert a regular guitar to a resonator guitar, but probably not worth the effort unless you have good woodworking skills already. Given the price of decent entry level resonator guitars such as the Johnson/Regal/Flinthill line, it'd be a better use of time to buy one of these and spend the time practicing.
You could just put a extender nut on the acoustic and play it lap style. That should sound pretty good by itself, although it won't have that Dobro® tone.
