Music Companies Against Customers AGAIN

Who here likes being forced to pay multiple times for any music CD that has been bought?

Anybody hear about the Section 115 Reform Act of 2006 (SIRA)? If this bill passes, we may well be charged multiple times for the music we have purchased in good faith. See the link below for more information:

I don't know about you, but I don't think I could afford to pay for every song I've listed to since then.

Now, let's see, if we can get the NSA to cooperate with the RIAA to cooperate with the phone companies so that they can use the phone to eavesdrop on your listening habits and report back to the billing department...

Were you able to find the website for the bill as it is being drafted from a gov. site? I can't find one that will open, I just would like to read the real deal for myself before I call some one in congress and find I am wrong about the intent of the bill.
