The Shadows" revisited

For those of you who remember the British instrumental group "The Shadows"
and the music they made, should check out the album "Into the Shadows" on my site.
We have taken tunes like 'F.B.I.', 'Dance On', and a few others into the realm of
orchestral arrangements. Basically, we took the melody line and re-arranged it to
portrait a total different approach and feel to the music.
Click on the album (in my signature) and listen to some mp3 snippets of the tracks featured.
After hearing some of the demos, Bruce Welch (ex Rhythm guitarist of The Shadows) 'phoned us here
in South Africa, congratulating us on a great job done!
We still have no idea how the tape got to Bruce!
Neither Fender Strat, nor steel guitar, was used on any of the tracks. Lots of electric slide, dobro
and other guitars are featured.

(GROAN!!) Here I am darn near broke and I see a CD saluting the Shadows.

Well, I guess it'll just be soda crackers and boullion cube soup for the next week while I scratch up 20 bucks for this.....
