Check this out.

I've found out from the designer that it was built in 1995, but never went into production. Anyone in the UK have a contact for Ronny Bennett? I know he makes lap steels and pedal steels and is based somewhere in the Wirral.

Would love to hear what that thing sounds like.

Nice to see he actually built a prototype. There were 3D models of this same instrument floating around on a different site a long time ago. I tried to contact the maker, who was a student, at the time, but never got a response.

A tad bit of parallax here?

Couldn't identify any tuning pegs; maybe underneath?

Could really sound interesting.
