I was just thinking the other day that Louise Rowe is the only female musician Uncle Bob ever hired. She's "it". The ONLY ONE. I wish she would write a book. She was due to go back to work for Uncle Bob when she met Tommy Allsup in Lawton, OK and fell in love. I'll be seeing Louise in San Marcos. By the way, Tom Morrell says she's the best western swing bass player he knows.
In fact, he called her to ask her if she would come by and help him mix my CD. He says she has the best ears in the business.
