After reading and commenting on the thread Milton Guilbeau started, I thought I'd send a link to my cousin who got to jam with Reggie about a year ago. Well, he still had Reggie's email address and sent the link to him. Here's his reply about what they're up to these days.....

"Jenny (his wife) and I have been busy in the music world. The studio band that I was part of in Memphis back in the 60's and early 70's got invited to go to Europe and play some of the songs that we recorded with Elvis. The Elvis fan club wanted to meet the musicians that recorded all of those hits with him. Anyway, we've made three trips. Jenny and I usually stay an extra week or so. We leave for Sweden and Denmark on the 19th of this month for two weeks. We (Jenny and I) played with Jessi Colter on the 14th of Feb. in Phoenix then in LA at the Viper room on the 15th. She's promoting her new CD. Jenny is playing cello with Jessi next week here in Nashville at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center with poet Menton Sparks. We are having fun and enjoying life.

Thanks for the info from the Steel Guitar page. I enjoyed reading it.

Later,
Reggie and Jenny Young"

Sounds like they're enjoying life to it's fullest!!
