I have never seen that before - it is a 10:00 minute clip, originally from 1930, with the Singing Brakeman...Wow!

Has there ever been a movie made of the life of Jimmy Rodgers? If not, I'd say it was about time.

I recall seeing a VHS copy of this at ET's Record Shop a couple years ago. Always wanted to buy it but the price was high enough that I spent my money on something else. It was hard to justify $25 for a 10 minute music video.

SEEMS I RECALL MOVIE SHORTS, YEARS AGO, OF JIMMY AND A JAZZ BAND, WITH LOUIS ARMSTRONG...
I DO KNOW THAT JIMMY HAD S FEW RECORDS WITH LOUIS PLAYING ON THEM...IN THOSE DAYS DIXIE JAZZ AND "FOLK" OR "COUNTRY " WAS LUMPED TOGEATHER SOMEWHAT...NOT A GREAT LINE OF DISTINCTION IN THE PROMOTION......SIMMY MADE SEVERAL SHORT, SHORTS.... AFTER HE GOT
TURBUCLOCIS, HIS CAARIER WENT DOWN HILL FAST..
MY ONLY WISH , THAT HE COULD KEEP BETTER TIME..
BE HARD TO PLAY STEEL BEHIND.....
