Terry,

The guy I work for, Kirk Dillen, endorses Blade guitars and has 2 Delta Customs (Teles). They sound great and I've played both of his and they play
great....but....(there's always a but isn't there?)...the necks don't seem very stable. Kirk has to adjust the intonation much too frequently for what I would consider acceptable. Seems like he'll get the guitars playing in tune pretty well for 2 or 3 weeks and then the next thing you know his intonation is off again. I might add that we travel quite a bit and maybe if the guitars were in a more stable environment they would settle down. Don't know, he has the same problem with both of his guitars. I have little or no trouble with my Fender 50's reissue Strat or my Peavey Reactor (Tele).

Blade's big selling point is their tone and they do sound great. If you're comfortable with doing your own adjustments, I'd say the tone of these guitars MIGHT be worth it for you. Otherwise, buy a Fender or a Peavey and put in some nice aftermarket pickups.

Just my take on it, your mileage may vary

I don't know what you mean by "the neck is unstable". Never an intonation problem with mine. You are right though when you say they sound great!
