Am I correct that that one is limited to a single-neck guitar?

There also happens to be National D8 on ebay that comes with a similar stand. The stand is shown holding the National.

I owned one of these stands in the 50's. I owned a National New Yorker and it worked great for sitting or standing. A little wobbly up high though. I think a snare drum stand could be converted to a good solid steel stand.

Hard to manufacture? Probobly not. The question is "would it be feasable or cost effective to do it? Considering three telescoping legs and three sockets would cost between $125.00 - $150.00 (at least from the sites that I have viewed),what would people be willing to spend for this kind of stand?

I am sure glad bill clinton whipped inflation or we would be in one hell of a mess. I still have my stand like this one that I purchased from the Ray Meany studio in san francisco in 1950, brand new, for $25. Keep your thumb pick hot!
