You'll have to remove one of the tuning pans to see it's date of birth.

The 4-neck Stringmaster was discontinued in 1969, and was first made in 1953.

Can't say for sure which pan to remove in order to see the date,but, on my triple neck Stringmaster,the date was under the back neck which is the closest neck to the player. That's a good place if any to start,unless some one else knows for sure.

The mfg. date on my '56 Fender Custom Triple 8 was under the outside neck's tuner pan.
