I'm trying to get another artist deal. Check my music out at my site at www.wcedgar.com or at www.download.com/wcedgar where my promo cd has been downloaded going on 25,000 times just since June. My buddy Daryle Singletary helps me out on a song and Mike Johnson's on steel. I'll be in Nashville March 31st-April 3rd to finish the cd. Thanks, WC

I do construction here in N. California. I'm not sure that we could get by without our hardworking (and underpaid) Mexican workers.
Your band sounds great and the singing and arrangements are solid. I think the lyrics to your Red, White, and Black song are scary. Really creeped me out.

W.C., do you have a lyric sheet for Red, White and Black? How about posting it here in the Forum?

Thanks for your view. You are the first person in over 24,000 downloads to call attention and dislike to part of the lyrics. This song is a call for UNITY. This country is in trouble and right now we import more than we ever have in history. What about the AMERICAN farmer? What about the record deficit that our children's children will still be paying on? Last I looked this was still the United States Of AMERICA. If Haggard had written it would you express your views to him also? We of all color's should stick together for a common cause and yes I believe we should have ONE language. Thanks for your two cents worth. WC

We are trying to promote steel guitar and music containing steel guitar, Right? I'm not implying anything other than Unity and one language in this song. It's a song, if you don't care for it, then don't download it. I'm in Nashville to finish the CD at the end of this month and all of it has Mike Johnson on it including Red, White and Black. One of the other cut's on the CD is a song called "When You Don't Buy American" (Your drivin a stake through the heart of my USA) I can't wait to hear your anti American review of that. I write all my own stuff that I record. And yes I live in the United States Of America and Yes I'm a Proud American. Where do you live Jim?

...And just what do you mean, "where do you live, Jim?"

I just asked about the lyrics and you're implying something? Why do you ask? Something wrong with where I live at the moment? What are you saying, W.C.?

No Jim I don't have a lyric sheet on the song. If you want to start some kind of trouble, please keep it off the forum.

!!!

I only asked about seeing the lyrics! How is that ¨making trouble¨, W.C.? If there's nothing wrong with your lyrics, why don't you post them and be proud of them, and prove Henry's wrong?

If you're referring to my questions above regarding where I live, YOU made the comment, I only asked what you're implying. Who wouldn't?

Well, to answer your question, as if it were innocent, (ha!) for about 48 of my 49 & 1/2 years, I lived in the U.S. For the last 1 year & 3 months, I've lived in Mexico. Got a problem with that?

I am curious though, how you'd post your flag-waving rants above, write and record a song called, "When You Don't Buy American (Your drivin a stake through the heart of my USA)" and at the same time endorse Epiphone guitars? Not that I have anything against them, but most people know that their more than 100 models are all made overseas, except for 5 U.S.A. models. I guess free stuff is free stuff.

Good luck with your new Artist deal.
