I play lead guitar in a "classic" rock and roll band. Old Allmans, Stevie Ray, stuff like that. So we're playing this past Saturday, and the (girl) bartender comes up, and asks,"Can my husband sing one with y'all?" We say sure, what you wanna sing, dude goes,"You know any Rascal Flats?"

So what/who is Rascal Flats? Any relation to Lester?

Catch them in a crosswalk while you're behind the wheel of an F-350 dually and make them Flatt Rascals. (Wish I had some devilish smilies to go with this.)

I believe Rascal Flatt was related to those famous bluegrassers, Lester Flatt and Earl Sharp.

Stephen...Ha! I guess you don't listen to the "New" Country Radio either. These guys are the latest big thing.

Rascal Flats are a NCS "Boy Band" with a self fulfilling prophetic name. I heard a live show of theirs on CMT recently (at least as much as I could take before I hit the remote)...Let me tell you their spikey haired lead singer/skateboarder looking dude sang WAAAAAAYYYY FLAT...that rascal.
