Hi Guys
Did any of you see the movie "Daddy and Them"? It stars Billy Bob Thornton and Laura Dern. There is great steel guitar music throughout the whole movie. The credits are hard to read at the end but it says Gary Hogue is the steel guitar player. Does he come around here much? The movie was pretty good but the sound track was great. Gary if you read this you done good.

| Steve, Gary passed away suddenly around 2 yrs ago.He was a great person and a very fine steel player.He is missed very much by the steel guitar fourm and his many fans and friends.God Bless him. |

I believe Gary played Steel on Billy Bob's recordings. Marty Stuart produced them.
Gary was also in Marty's band. |

Young guy too.
I believe that the title song of John Prine's CD "In Spite of Ourselves" was commissioned for this film. Love the song, never saw the film. |
