I stumbled onto this web site of this New Zealand singer by accident. You've got to give her version of "Close to You" a listen.

Simply amazing!

Somebody needs to get Winnie in on this one. I see a "comeback" looming.

Looks like the immigration laws have eased up a bit in NZ. Hell I might even have a shot at getting in...

Reminds me of a recording that Merle gave to his nephew of a band called "Skipper and the Boys". WElistened to it for DAYS..

"Tantalizingly Tasteless" "Hauntingly Horrible" are accolades that come to mind...

Can't get enough of it.

I heard that this is Yoko Ono's mom, and she took lessons from Tiny Tim, or is that just an urban legend?

I had to get off the site. We have crystal in the house and a couple nice mirrors. Wanted to keep them that way.

Steve, man, you know I love ya, and all that, but have you been sharing Oxycontins with Limbaugh?
She does make a good case for reform in nursing home care, though.

Where's Howard, the Wannabee moderator, He needs to move this Wannabee singer to Humor

Lawd, Shoot That Pore Thang and put it our of its Mizery!!

Six Skunks and a wing for Ms Wing He might just be her singing partner since she sings like a bird.

I know this isn't politically correct, but karaoke singers are fair game!

This might get moved out of "Music" (for obvious reasons) and into "Humor" (also for obvious reasons).

This isn't funny.....but I did like her renditions of "Fry Me To The Moon" and "Swanee Liver"

I'm moving this back to New Zealand where it belongs

You guys are right (even Howard), this has nothing to do with MUSIC. I'll help Janice by personally delivering it to Donna.
