Hi,
I will be playing for my niece's class of second-graders, and I will demonstrate a few instruments including the fiddle, banjo, mandolin, and guitar. I'd like to have some sing-a-longs. What tunes would be appropriate? I'm thinking Buffalo Girls but beyond that I'm drawing a blank. Any tune suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
thanks,
Drew Howard

Ahem... um, Drew? Haven't you forgotten a little something from your list of instruments? Or perhaps you meant to post this in the freaking MANDOLIN FORUM, instead of the STEEL GUITAR FORUM!!!
(Sorry for the outburst...) |

A lot of the children in my grandsonsons 2nd grade class like songs such as:
He's Got The Whole World In His Hands
Jesus Loves Me
Deep and Wide
Swing Low Sweet Chariot
This Little Light of Mine
There are many good songs such as these.
