That was Tim Sergeant with Pam Tillis. Excellent work on one of my favorite Pam tunes, My Vida Loca. Tim was another of the fine players in attendance at the Super Jam last week. Who was on the original track on that one? Bruce, was that you? |

Bruce wasn't on that album. I think Dugmore, Franklin and Leisz were credited with cuts on it. |

I really enjoyed seeing Pam on the Opry. I played Dobro and steel with her in Knoxville in the '70s when we were both going to UT and both rank amateurs. Man, she sure has gotten a lot better, and so have her steel players! Can't figure out what happened to me. Think it might be 'cause I quit playing for 25 years - biggest mistake of my life. Kids don't try that at home. |
