Conway Twitty/Hank Williams medley

I have found the words/chords to a medley of Hank Williams songs done by Comway Twitty on the Cowpie website.

Does anyone know which CD this comes from as I sure cant find it!

The medley appears to be on two albums 'How much more can she stand' and 'Stars of Country' but these are from the early 1970s.

Do you know if they are available on CD?
