They could be from anywhere, actually. American artists get recordings released by overseas labels all the time. But I know there are some monster players in Australia.

Actually, ... and this could be a topic for discussion on the forum in general..., I am puzzled as to the choice of material. IMHO, I find the songlist the most generic collection of standards I've seen in a long time. Of course, they could all be monster performances that challenge the limits of man's harmonic knowledge. But does the world need yet another Foggy Mtn. Breakdown and OBS?

Of course, if the artists were Buddy E and Gregg Galbraith, I'd be interested in what they had to say...

Herb Remington told me that you have to put a couple standards on your recordings because "civilians" want to feel comfortable buying something they know. Then fill the album out with stuff you want to record.

A unique and unforgettable album??????
Probably not, I think I know who this is, and without getting into too much trouble it's okay......but that's it.
I think I know that Cd and it offers no real suprises, it's not bad, but I don't think it would offer anything new at all.
I won't name names...
