Does any one know who the steeler was on the early Del Reeves recordings? For instance, "A Dime at a Time" "Be Glad", "Good Time Charlies", Etc. These sessions seemed to feature the same group of players and alwas featured some nice twin steel and tele stuff. I'm thinking maybe Lloyd Green, but not sure. Thanks

Frank, I don't know who did the studio sessions but I have an old album of Del live that had Larry "Wimpy" Sasser on steel. I think perhaps he used Hal Rugg on most of his studio stuff, however, I'm not sure.

I believe Lloyd did the '60s stuff as well.
