Wow ! Imagine this! You scroll to the country music options of country .com and You tell 'm the lyrics you need to hear , the chord progression 1-4-5 only and the twang level and boom you got the music you want to hear. I miss the bars I used to play in more than I thought .I hate Laboratory Country's future. The music designed and selected for the last 15 years overall was almost a completely new genre ,only somewhat attached to its parent traditions. It seemed like it went thru some kind of twang control center and refined , homogenized like a control group ,"quality control" approved or rejected. Then a listening public was conditioned to it for acceptability and the consumer machine operated with some success. However , they denied our previous music culture and left no radio access to it ,and the factories wil be moving out as the product gets more like other products ,like lite rock. I am scarin myself!
