Have Martin Special Edition to sell

Very special guitar. Its a Special Edition Martin cherry solid gloss with the Martin Special Edition Case. Bought in 2003 The guitar has been fought over in a divorce for the past 3 years and has been in the case. The previous owners wife would not release it till the judge told her to. I was told very few were built and this is #09 I'm told.
It is registered and certified with all the papers. It is in an un-played condition.
LIKE NEW condition.
