Don,
There are some fine instuctional videos available for C6 non pedal guitar. The two put out by Cindy Cashdollar are very good. You may want to consider these before throwing in the towel. Best of luck.

Don,

If you don't need the money, I wouldn't give up so easily. My first lap steel sat in the corner for a year before I got around to learning how to play.

Herb has some great learning videos himself. I would hang in there.

BTW, I have a great way to learn if you have a computer. Get the Superslide DVD from Bobbe Seymour. You can get some software to record the audio track and then move it into a "slow down" program like Slow Gold. Now, listen to the music slowed down, and watch the DVD to see where on the neck they are playing. Then try and imitate what you've heard. I've learned a lot of licks that way.

Don:
First off, I agree with Bill and Charlie, if you feel you want to hold onto your equipment then by all means hold on to it.
But if that NV 112 is still available, and you still want to sell, I'll take it (and pay shipping). I know you said sale is pending, but please email me if it hasn't gone out the door or you're sale doesn't go through. Thanks
