Please forgive a newcomer's (to the Forum) ignorance, but what does it mean in these listings when somebody says "Bump"? Sometimes that's the only word in the post! Kind of cryptic!

It moves the post back up to the "recent" list, so anyone looking at todays topics or searching by date, it will be there with todays' date.

Brint,

When you're in any of these Forums, like Pedal Steel here, if you click on an old topic and do a 'reply', it'll bump it to the top of the whole list, letting others know somebody has added something new to the topic of conversation. It took me a while to figure that out too.
