1890’s -early 1900’s 5 string Fairbanks & Cole Imperial banjo (Serial #6476). 12” rim (deeper tone), open back, 30 brackets around rim, fiber skin head and ebony finger-board, appears to be a mahogany neck. Mother of pearl inlays, inlay on 7th fret has crack in it and some finish around rim has peeled off only in small places and mostly on the bottom side of rim. In great condition considering how old it is. Sorry, I couldn't figure out how to post pictures so pictures are available upon request. Includes Paige “wrap-around” capo and soft case. $1250 and I'll pay shipping to lower 48 states. Great sounding old-time banjo ready to play. I’ll do my best to answer any and all questions. Thanks,
Aaron
