I really hate to do this but…I have an Emmons LeGrande for sale. According to the serial number, I believe this is a ’94 model. I bought it from a lady who’s husband past away and I don’t believe the guitar has ever seen the inside of a club besides the one gig I took it on and the guitar has virtually no wear on the pedals and shows very little signs of use. There are great sounding Emmons guitars…and then there is this one! Everyone that has touched this guitar says that it is quite possibly the best sounding Emmons they have ever put their hands to. Bobby Bowman put an extra lever on the C6th to make this black mica 8 & 6 D10 work for me. The price is $2750.00 plus shipping. I will post pics when I can figure out how or I can email them directly to you. |

I know how much you hate having to sell this particular guitar. I've worked on and played on lots and lots of guitars and the natural acoustic values of this guitar is absolutely one of the finest I've ever heard. I only wish I had the money to buy it. It wouldn't be available for anyone else, that's for sure.
Any of you folks that are in a position to do so, do yourself a huge favor and get this guitar,,,,,,it's a good'un.

Robby, I too have a 94 LeGrande which is actually a LeGrande II but they used up the LeGrande decals on that year LGIIs. Does your guitar not have 14 hole bellcranks which would make it a LeGrande II? Incidently, mine is a great sounding guitar also.

This guitar has SOLD. Please close the thread. I would like to thank the folks that run the forum for providing the steel guitar community with a means of communicating with each other. A donation will be sent when the transaction completes. I would also like to thank all who inquired about this guitar. I did my best to keep track of the order in which inquiries came in and the guitar sold to the serious buyer in that order.
Thank you and God bless each,
Robby
