Hello,

I'm reposting my Dekley S-12, this time looking to trade it for a lightweight, modern S-10 (Fessenden, Williams, Carter, GFI, others?) with at least 3p/5k and a clean undercarriage (i like to tinker). I'd offer a little extra cash if the right deal comes along.

Also available for sale, $1000.

I'm playing steel more these days and while it's not as heavy as my old Sho-Bud, the weight of this thing is a bit of a problem for me (I'm a little guy, you see, though my heart is strong), plus the extra two strings are messing with my mind more than I'd expected.

The guitar has 5 pedals/4 knees in an extended E9 with standard a-b-c changes on the 'middle three' pedals, and pedal 5 lowers the middle B a half step. Pedal 1 is not hooked up currently. I got spare parts from Sam Gibson and added the full set of standard E9 changes on the lower strings, which give a great full sound. Incidentally that's why I ran out of rods long enough for work with P1, but I'm happy to order one and install it to your liking. Comes with George L 5 position pickup and a nice smooth tone all the way up the neck.

I think I owned this guitar once,I bought it in San Carlos at Steel Guitar West in 1978, played in high school band in Nevada, then sold it again in San Carlos in 1979 or 1980. I was first owner, not to many like it in Bay Area, it has to be her...I always wondered where she was...looks good still. I just play D-10, maple body guitars, I was experimenting with 12 string then. It is a solid little guitar, how much cash are you asking?

Bump to the top. I'm offering this guitar for sale now, $1000 or best offer; buyers in the SF bay area encouraged so we don't have to ship the thing.

I saw the guitar the other day. It's in very good shape, plays well, and comes with a case.
