Hey ya'll. I've got a beautiful 1976 Marlen SD-10, 3&4, turquoise-aqua lacquer, in very good condition, for sale. Gorgeous maple!
I bought this guitar from James Morehead with the intention of keeping and playing it, but I'm in a cash crunch and need to convert some guitars to dollars... I'll take $1,000 for it, plus shipping. I haven't set this guitar up, or even played it... I'm selling it just as it came to me. PLEASE don't bother offering me less than my asking price, as I'll keep it before taking less... It's worth every bit of 1k, and then some. It has a George L E-66 on it.
Hope to find a good home for this one, with someone who appreciates the Stadler artistry!
Rick

Hey Ricky, That's the first guitar you ever did for me. What a beauty and what a nice job!! But the one Rick is refering about is a different one I traded for this summer, and I traded to Rick. It is the Aqua with the pad, SD-10. I'll email the old pics to you if I can find them, and you can then post them. Sorry for the confusion. I did sell the S-10 green guitar pictured here to someone in North Carolina, just wasn't Rick!! HA! |

Ok, pics are up! This is an SD-10, pull release. I'm selling it "as is" to the first buyer. I have not played it, so I can't speak intelligently to any questions about what work it needs. It at least needs some cleanup, and may need a few other things done as well. I can tell you that the the guitar is in very good condition, with just a few dings. The case is about average, but is solid. Ricky Davis is excellent on these guitars, and can certainly answer any questions that I can't. These single-finger Marlens have a tone like no other!
Ricky, you can't be expected to keep up with the whereabouts of every Marlen in the world! [This message was edited by Rick McDuffie on 06 November 2004 at 12:18 PM.] |

Hey Rick, I think we can keep up with them all. You have 'em all...except one. Good luck with the sale. I'm still holding out for a ZB, or I sure would get another Marlen. They are one sweet steel.
