Here's another Ralph Mooney progression. The first part of this is used a lot and can be awkward to play. But it's a very versatile riff and well worth the time spent learning it.

I am trying out a number of options for improving the formatting and printing of these including Adobe Acrobat. The idea would be to make them all to a standard scale and include all of the posting comments above into one page.

If you have a newer model printer, right click the tab picture, select "print picture" then click on the PREFERENCES icon then the EFFECTS tab. Then check the printer's "scale to fit" option checkbox. You will then get the entire tab to just fill the width of one page.

Click here to hear the solo.

Andy, thanks for the encouragement!

Steve,

This was done on an MSA Legend, short George L cord to Goodrich 120, short George L cord to Boss RV-5 (Plate, Time and Tone set at 12 o'clock, Effect level at 11 o'clock), 10' George L cord to Steel King (reverb off). My complete list of Steel King settings and equipment is on my web site here.
