I have some cool stuff that I would gladly pay someone to tab for me. The "tabber" will also benefit, too!
Please email me.

Dick Meis in Denver does. He has a lot of stuff already tabbed, but he does custom tab also. His web site is www.pedalsteelguitar.net
Dick is a great picker and also a great person to work with.

Bob, Roy Thompson is really great at tab requests. I've had him do a few for me and he's really great ... (and affordable)!

I would be very interested in paying a reasonable amount for some tab for Joe Goldmark's Jet Lag, an uptempo, sort of "Pedal paddle"-pastiche that I just cannot get the hang of. Also, the intro to Loretta Lynn's original recording of "It's another world". |

I play a banjo tune called Jet Lag. I won the Oklahoma State Banjo Championship in 1987 with that tune and a few others.
It has a lot of D-tuner licks in it. Sounds like it would make a good pedal steel tune. I wonder if it's the same song.

If I remember correctly, it was on Joe's album Vertigo from the late seventies, an original composition of his, I assume. All the other songs on the album were sort of "experimental rock", but this one's more sixties Lloyd Green than even Lloyd himself. Speeded up a bit, I guess it could become a banjo tune, though not a very typical one. My guess is that we have a case of identical titles on different songs. |
