I got tab from Don Curtis. I think it was tabbed by Russ Wever. There's a Buddy version available and I believe a lot of other players have done it. |

You can get hold of Don Curtis via email through Scotty's website (See links above) or call Don at Scotty's directly. Scotty also has a lot of Russ Wever's instructional "talk" tapes. Some even feature the "Curly Chalker" style of C6th.

Hey Brian,
I play a gig each month where we have a fiddler that plays maiden's prayer. I'd love a copy of the tab if you can send it to me.
Thanks |

Maidens Prayer is an Old Bob Wills tune.....I'm pretty sure...
Hag plays it on a couple of his CD's on fiddle..with Jimmy Belden I believe.
I prob have TAB somewhere but I always make a mess when trying to post |

Tom Brumley's backup and steel break in the version of "A Maiden's Prayer" on the Buck Owens/Buckaroos Instrumental LP (and CD) is an all time classic. |

James,
Could you email me your address and I'll just mail a copy to you and the others that have contacted me. I've had no luck getting it scanned but I can make copies.
My apologies. Since I got back from Miss. and LA., I've been on jury duty. WHAT TIMING! :eek
Thanks,
Bryan

Bryan, I got the email, but the font is so big I can't get it on one screen and therefore, it prints very large on about 10 pages. Any one know how I can make it smaller? Thanks a bunch!!!
