has anyone ever worked out terry's lead on this one. Sounds like he's playing a descending open string lick ?? I cant quite get it and its been driving me crazy trying to figure it out.

Hi Trap- That's guitarist Pat Martino's "Flight of the Bumblebee" lick that he used to quote a lot. There are a lot of places to play it and I wouldn't venture to guess in tab, but the notes are something like:

A Ab G Gb F Bb A Ab A Ab G Gb F

Trap, the tab below should guide you in the right direction. Where you see a "-" is simply a hammer on, hammer off. Let me know if this helped.

I have that bumble bee on a PAL video (a european video system; we don't have NTSC here) shot home at Terry many years ago, and it's an open sting hammer-on pull-off thing that I've never managed to do myself. I suffer from ataxy and tone deafness compared to Terry.
I wish someone could persuade Terry to do some instruction videos. I'll be the first to buy them! He's the best picker I've ever seen!
