Does anyone know of tab for this song that's much like the tab Bob Hoffner was kind enough to post for Danny Boy? I have the Lloyd Green version but that's above my level at this point (I'm assuming I'll be able to handle that in about 25 years or so!!).

Hello Chris,
I worked up an E9th arrangement of San Antonio Rose for the PSGA a few years ago. Email me your home address and I'll send you my arrangement.
