I'm The One

Hi. I'm a new member (and player) and hope I'm in the right forum for this question. The song "I'm The One" by Gary Allen has a 50's-60's feel to it. Can anyone tell me who was the Steel Player who came up with that style of playing.
I would like to learn this song. Maybe someone could tab the break for me.
I really enjoy reading all the info that is on this site and want to thank all the "players" who donate the licks and tips.
