E13 Tab with Leon's tuning?

Anyone have ANY tab or instructions out there for the E13th tuning with Leon's setup. His set up was this (from high to low):

E
C#
B
G#
F#
D
G#
E

I listen to his playing and I can hear what he is doing, I sit down at this tuning, and I am lost. I need a little push in the right direction.

Hello Mark.
Jerry Byrd has a good number of E13th tabs for sale. "Behave Hula Girl" is in this tuning. The remainder of his catalog offerings in E13th use an E in place of the F#. Jerry's E13th sans the F# has a wealth of insights. Good Luck.
