Eddie, here's my take:
Key of G
Intro: G - F#dim - G- F#dim - G
Verse: C - descend bass (E) - Am - descend bass (G) - F chord-
descend bass (E) - D7 sus - G - B - E (pause) - C - D - G.
Bridge: Adim - Em - Bbdim -Am - D.
Ending: (off final G of verse-and similar to bridge) Adim - Em- Bbdim- G - D
G - C(G bass) - back and forth three times.

Note: I'm a not-to-well-schooled guit player and I name the diminished chords by what fret the high E string is fretted on.

The main descending progression is just a C chord descending down thru Am and G, and then an F major descending to the D7.

If you're familiar with how the diminished chords repeat every 3 frets, you can hear the rythmn guitarist cycling up thru on the first Adim in the bridge.

Good Luck. Cutty
