This fill, intro or turnaround shows the well known idea of how partial chords shapes can be "broken" and used to build a more melodic line.
This lick is a basic I-V-I progresion in the key of E. (So it's E-B-E)
It's in a standard E 7th tunnin (EBG#DB).(Please, notice that in this inversion the six string is "B" and not "E")
We're gonna use these major triads:

E Major B Major E Major
E--------|-------|---------0--|
B---9----|--7----|--5-----(0)-|
G#--8----|--7--7-|---- or -0--|
E---7----|--7--7-|--4---------|
D--------|-------|------------|
B--------|-----7-|------------|

Ok,not dificult at all.Let's go with the lick:

("." is a beat;It's 4/4 so there's 4 beats by measure)

E B E
E---------------|--------------|------------
B---7~~8--9-----|--9--7-----7--|--5~~~~-----
G#--7~~7--8--8--|--8--7--7--7--|------------
E------------7--|--------7-----|--4~~~~-----
D---------------|--------------|------------
B---------------|--------------|------------
. . . . . . . . . . . .

(The two first beats are pick up notes )

Of course there are a lot of variations. Here is another:

E B E
E---------------|--------------|----------
B---7~~8--9-----|--9--7-----7--|--5~~~~~~~
G#--7~~7--8-----|--8--7--7-----|----------
E------------7--|-----------7--|--4~~~~~~~
D---------------|--------------|----------
B---------------|--------7-----|----------
. . . . . . . . . . . .

In this case the use of the bass strings give a more botton effect

Let the notes ring whenever is posible.Don't cut the sound. Also puttin the bar only over the strings that are played when you are playin' inside and outside is a must too!!
A nice tremolo is needed and don't be in a hurry to go to the next position.Take your time.
I hope it could be useful for someone.
Sorry for my poor English friends!!
