I like licks that have the notes splitting off in different directions. Here are a few that are easy to play. These all take you from an A to a D. The first is a familiar Emmons lick. The second string is lowered a full step. Feel free to post your favorites.

Lee, from South Texas

I went ahead and fixed your other tab and then on this one I went ahead and put the other strings in cause alot of folks are use to seeing the string spacing for grips when reading tab. I also used the underline (shift&line key)for the string lines.
Nice lick and good job; it's comin' along and lets have more pal.

Here is one that uses the 9th string D -> C# lower.

4-------------------------------------------
5----------------------------5--------------
6-----------5B~5~~~~~5B---------5B-5~~5B----
7----------------------------------5--------
8--------5~~~~~5----------------------------
9-----5L~~~~~~~5-------------------5--------
10------------------------------------------

4-----------3~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~3L~~~~~----
5-----------------3~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~----
6-----5B~3-----3~~~~~~~~3~~~~~--------------
7-----------------------------3~~~~~~~~~----
8--------------------3~~~~~~~~3~~3L~~~~~----
9-------------------------------------------
10-------------------------3~~~~~~~~~~~~----

If you have the G# -> F# lower on your guitar you can use that instead of playing the 7th string.
