I would like to communicate with intermidiate to advanced C6th or B6th players. (I play a U12). I'm into learning jazz standards, pop standards, Hawaiian clasics, bee-bop, blues, scales and technical stuff. Is this asking too much? |

Hi Don,
I started a thread a while back in the bar chatter section called C6th instructional material reviews. If you do a search for my name it should pop right up. You may find it helpful.
I too play B6th universal and have been doing alot of B6th woodshedding. Great fun!

Don,
I'd be interested in sharing C6th info with you. Contact me at fhavens@hotmail.com. I posted a C6th arrangement of a Sidney Bechet blues/swing tune on the Share a Lick many moons ago. You might drag that up...I can send sheet music for it. I have other arrangements I could tab out if anyone was interested ( "The Blessing" By Ornette Coleman for starters ). Good luck |
