This is not about steel guitar primarily, but Charley does have some great steel (Nathan IS da man) on his records and performances.

This interview aired last week on my local station. I had not heard it before but I've been a fan for quite a while and bought the $10 Cowboy CD some time ago. Still like listening to it.

Charley has an interesting life story which is only touched on in this particular interview. He also has a very interesting take on the music business (industry) and approach to navigating it.
