Fellow Sho-Bud enthusiasts! I have some brand new brass swivels for sale.
I needed a handful of these set screw type brass swivels for my Pro III and Pro II Buds. I find that the ones used in high traffic areas like pedal A and B and E and F lever changes tend to wear out over time, become egg shaped and cause some unpredictable tuning issues. Few, if any were available from usual part dealers and used ones often came with the same wear I was trying to remedy. So - I had a local CNC shop make me their minimum production run. I ended up with a couple of hundred more than I need and decided to offer them up for sale here. These are brand new, perfectly machined from dimensions taken off the original part and come with a set screw and a snap ring, ready to install on your aging Bud.
I'm selling them in packs of 10 for $100.00. Price includes shipping within USA and a forum donation. Will ship anywhere else, but reach out for estimate first.
My goal here is to re-coup my initial investment into programming, machine setup, brass blanks and shop costs. If there's enough interest, I may commission another production run in the future.
